Edward P. Nolan has been concentrating in family and criminal law for over 20 years. He has extensive courtroom and trial experience in both of these areas.
Ed has extensive pretrial and trial experience in family law including, divorce, support/alimony, adoptions, custody, visitation, prenuptials and restraining orders.
He has been lead counsel in many serious capital crimes including first-degree murder.
He has also argued many cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
He is licensed in Rhode Island Federal and State Courts and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Edward P. Gallogly Inn of Court.
Ed is a graduate of Clark University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
